Return Policy — Watchvision

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
• Special orders or customised items
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Exchanges We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
